Our Adult Weight Management programmes are all about helping people lose weight in a way they can maintain long term.
Our Health Coaches use a clinically proven approach to help people create daily routines and a rhythm of good habits that fit around their life. Participants leave the programme understanding how a healthy balance of nutrition and physical activity benefits their overall wellbeing.
Our Family Weight Management programme works with whole families in an engaging, inclusive way to promote weight loss, healthy eating and wellbeing.
By building knowledge around ‘healthy food’, physical activity and healthy habits, we empower families to make lasting changes. It’s fun and child-focused, so both kids and caregivers feel able and motivated to join in.
