The purpose of your Workplace Health Event is to promote healthy lifestyle options through information, guidance and interaction.
How this is done can vary. What’s important is making it appropriate and beneficial to your organisation and employees.

How It Works
Each event we organise undergoes a five-step process:
- The rate of absence from work due to sickness (not long-term related) has not improved in the last decade, with more than 130 million working days lost each year.
- Employee sickness absence costs the UK economy as much as £18bn annually in lost productivity (Centre of Economic and Business Research, 2017).
- 64% of adults in the UK are classed as being either overweight or obese. The primary causes of obesity are eating too much and moving too little.
