Your Event

The purpose of your Workplace Health Event is to promote healthy lifestyle options through information, guidance and interaction.

How this is done can vary. What’s important is making it appropriate and beneficial to your organisation and employees.

Events can be built around national and local awareness campaigns, such as World Health Day, National Fitness Day or Stoptober. This is a great option for providing your event with added purpose and can tie in with other health initiatives your workplace is running.

General Wellbeing

A holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing on the key health drivers such as nutrition and movement. The broad range of topics can ensure relevance for a large employee pool.

Alcohol Awareness

This event informs and educates employees about the impact of alcohol, the surprising amounts of alcohol contained within certain drinks and provides them with ideas to support a healthy level of alcohol consumption.

Diabetes Prevention

Promotes awareness of risk factors associated with the onset of Type 2 diabetes. Together we will uncover how much sugar really is in our food and provide guidance on lifestyle changes that reduce your risk of this disease.

Healthy Eating

Healthy eating is essential for energy levels, mood, weight management, sleep. This event will look beyond the myths and encourage healthier food choices without following that latest fad diet!

Know Your Numbers

To support a well-known national initiative Know Your Numbers this event has been split into three topics (blood pressure, body composition and cholesterol) to provide snapshot testing of these measurements and support with lifestyle advice to manage these effectively.

Physical Activity

Designed to provide realistic and sustainable solutions to help employees achieve NHS advised physical activity level goals, based on their own fitness level, lifestyle and access opportunities.

Sleep

Good quality and quantity of sleep is essential for overall health and wellbeing. This event is designed to provide guidance on how to achieve both, as well as do some practical exercises designed to help your employees unwind and relax before bedtime.

Smoking Cessation

Smoking is a very addictive habit - but quitting is the single most important thing you can do to improve your health. This event is designed to provide clinically approved methods to support employees on their quit journey.

Stress Awareness

Designed to help employees to increase their awareness of their levels of stress and provide advice, guidance and support for how to effectively manage those stress levels.

How It Works

Each event we organise undergoes a five-step process:
